Cotecna’s Customer Portal is a digital tool created to support you requesting and issuing certificates faster, and consult details in real time, anytime and anywhere.
With the Customer Portal, you can request a certificate in 5 minutes; fill out the form and upload your documents, that’s it! Cotecna will immediately receive the request in our system and you will receive notifications by e-mail each time there is a change of status (i.e. received, in process, inspection completed, report issued).
All documents related to the request will be stored together and can be easily consulted at any time through the platform.
Other supported functionalities includes:
- View details and follow the status of your requests
- Consult invoices and final certificates when issued
- Consult previous requests (available records since 2018)
- Save your requests as a draft
- Upload additional documents for a request submitted from the Customer Portal
- Clone a previous request to create new ones faster
- Download the list of requests displayed as a report
