Cotecna’s Business Intelligence module launched in Gabon

This follows the recent deployment of CRMS® our automated risk management system within the Gabonese Customs environment. The BI module will smartly exploit customs data received by the CRMS®, to ensure timely access to relevant KPIs related to customs operations, trade targeting and control effectiveness, clearance processing speed and to some extent revenue collection performance.

During this event, Cotecna and Scan Gabon also shared with the Deputy Customs Director Mrs Maryse NKOMA with her Directors, the project team, and the risk management service, the first results since the implementation of CRMS® last February.
