On April 11th, Agronômica inaugurated the new laboratory unit in Santos, Sao Paulo, Brazil, focusing on molecular, biochemical and morphological methods of analysis.

On April 11th, Agronômica was proud to inaugurate the new laboratory unit in Santos, Sao Paulo. With this new laboratory unit, focused on molecular, biochemical, and morphological methods of analysis, Agronômica will be able to provide faster and more logistically efficient analytical solutions.

This new unit represents a starting point for the agribusiness of the future, aiming at protecting Brazilian agricultural borders against pests. It is a milestone for the supply of quality food in sufficient quantity to maintain Brazil as the world's main food provider.

This moment marks an important milestone in the history of Agronômica, inaugurating the first phytosanitary diagnostic laboratory near the port of Santos.

Roberto Corder, VP LATAM Business Group, César Gutierrez, Business Development Manager M&M LATAM, and other leaders and representatives from Cotecna Brazil were proud to join this important ceremony for Agronômica and for the Cotecna network, as a symbol of our commitment to promoting plant health and combating phytosanitary threats to contribute to food security and sustainability.
