SONCAP Certification Process

The SON Conformity Assessment Programme (SONCAP) is a mandatory scheme implemented by the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) to ensure that regulated products imported into Nigeria meet the country's quality and safety standards.

SONCAP Compliance Procedures

To clear regulated products through Nigerian customs, importers must adhere to SONCAP requirements. This involves obtaining specific documents for each consignment, ensuring compliance with Nigerian standards.
