Cotecna launches a new control centre in Senegal

Cotecna has been working in close collaboration with the Senegalese customs since 2001 and initially launched a traditional Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) programme. This programme evolved over the years to address Senegal’s stringent requirements. We introduced new technologies such as scanners and a transit monitoring solution.

The launch of our new control centre further reinforces our commitment to the Senegalese customs. This centre will initially help to provide a more efficient oversight of all trucks equipped with a transit monitoring device and subsequently support our scanning operations.
