Cotecna Opens New Office in Morocco
Cotecna is pleased to announce the opening of its first office in Morocco, in Casablanca, thereby further reinforcing the Group’s ambition to expand its network across key geographies. The business became operational on 1st October 2019.

This new office will enable us to strengthen some established relationships we have with customers in Morocco. It represents the foundation of a long-term growth strategy in what is a key market for Cotecna, both, across the public and private sectors”.
Morocco is a large and growing market, offering strong synergies with Cotecna’s core portfolio of services. The country sees large flows in the fertilisers, energy and minerals trades, and boasts a fast-growing industry for food products exports. Additionally, it is a major destination for agriculture exports from some of the key markets the company operates in such as North and South America, and the Black Sea region.
Additionally, and with the view to further secure and facilitate trade in Morocco, Cotecna aims to leverage its extensive experience acquired in the public sector of the years. The company plans to actively support Moroccan Customs in the development of their technological initiatives and local port authorities in the roll-out of some of their key projects.
