Cotecna awarded as one of the top 10 Best Companies for Young Professionals in El Salvador

The Employers for Youth (EFY) initiative was created by the company FIRST JOB, and it's the largest youth study in the world aimed at recognizing the best companies for young professionals.

The study was applied at the Latin American level to over 300 companies in 13 countries. The survey was aimed at people born after 1985 that are in full-time employment, and covered a wide range of criteria, such as Recognition, Talent, Innovation, Infrastructure, Quality of Life, Development, Benefits, Working Environment, Reputation, and Diversity & Culture.

Cotecna El Salvador was awarded 10th place in the study, among other major companies from various industry sectors. On June 16th a virtual award ceremony was held (due to the pandemic) and was presented by Mario Mora, CEO & Founder of FirstJob and Roberto Alfaro, CEO & Co-Founder of Joven360, an important recruitment and headhunting firm in El Salvador.
