Cotecna Turkey Laboratory receives ISO 17025 Accreditation

The accreditation under ISO 17025 was conducted by TURKAK, the National Accreditation Body of Turkey, and is valid for four years starting 10th October 2019.

Achieving this accreditation enables us to perform chemical testing of ferrous and non-ferrous minerals of metallic minerals and proximate analysis of solid fuels (coal and coke) in the country.

Cotecna has long been operating in Turkey, having first established a presence there in 1983. Its mineral and coal laboratory was first opened at the end of 2018.

This achievement represents a significant milestone for the development of our activities in the country and will enable us not only to provide best-in-class services to our clients, but also to maintain a competitive advantage in the region.
