Coronavirus: update to customers

From 10th February, Cotecna has resumed operations in China and is now fully operational.

Following our previous coronavirus message to clients, Cotecna would like to give a further update on the current status of our services in China.

With a clear Business Continuity Action Plan in place, a dedicated crisis team, and the support of our global network, we have been working hard to minimize the impact on our services for our clients.

On the 10th February, all Cotecna’s offices and laboratories in China resumed operations. We are pleased to announce that the Cotecna team is now at your disposal and contactable by phone and email, and our offices are fully capable of issuing reports and certificates as usual. In addition, we are once again able to carry out inspection services where permission of access is granted.

We continue to closely monitor and assess the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, officially designated as COVID-19 by the WHO, as well as assess its potential ongoing disruption to our business. All our staff follow WHO best practices, conduct regular training, and take all necessary precautions and protective measures in their work to mitigate and minimize the risks posed by the virus.
