In joining the Group Cotecna in 1996, I discovered an atypical and fascinating trade. The services that Cotecna brings to the countries that have trust in our services, aim to secure Customs earnings, thereby contributing development.
The several positions I have held in east and west African countries have allowed me not only to get know and love the continent, but to better understand the needs of our customers.
Cotecna France is the largest institutional office of the Group in Europe. Its teams, that I have had the privilege to lead since 1999, strive, on a daily basis, to offer the best quality service with respect to deadlines, customer requirements and with respect to international trade regulations.
Cotecna also intervenes on behalf of private customers where we help to secure trade transactions towards many countries such as Iran, Algeria, Cuba and from Asian countries. Our inspections help to detect, as far up the supply chain as possible, potential non-conformities.
I greatly appreciate the diversity of the inspection business. We intervene in all types of businesses and on a variety of products, our openness to the world, the importance of the services we bring to our customers, the rapid changes that require us to be flexible and have strong capacity to adapt rapidly to changes, as well as the constantly renewed challenges.
