Marketing Coordinator Trainee

Job Description

Location: Geneva, Switzerland
Duration: Until 31/12/2017

The mission of the Sales department is to drive and respond to the governmental market with targeted services providing profitable and sustainable contracts.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator Trainee who will have the responsibility to bring marketing expertise and immediate added-value to the Sales department. In collaboration with the Proposals & Marketing Manager, s/he will be in charge of professionalizing the content and design of the promotional material of the Institutional Division as well as contributing to the market monitoring.

Main Accountabilities

  • Ensures promotional material (infosheets and standard ppt presentations) is up-to-date for all products referenced under the Services library in Cotecnet
  • Supports Sales, Product and Area Contract management through market research/analysis
  • Contributes to the participation of the company to conferences, trade shows, etc.
  • Creates content to ensure visibility of the company (in particular Institutional Division) through the use of selected social medias (LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Assists the Proposals & Marketing Manager with publications in specialized magazines as well as with the creation of promotional videos
  • Collaborates with the Corporate Communication & Digital Marketing Team for the production of Corporate publications, review of website content
  • Proposes visuals and designs to enhance the look & feel of the presentations and proposals produced for the Sales Team members
  • Promotes the image of the Sales Department and Institutional Division within the Cotecna Group

Performance Indicators

  • Cross functional business partner satisfaction (marketing support, projects implementation and follow-up, knowledge of Institutional Division portfolio of services)
  • Adequacy and quality of marketing support

Qualification & Experience

  • Masters degree in Marketing
  • Understanding of the Business to Governments (B2G) industry
  • Experience in marketing and sales
  • International and global exposure

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. Spanish is a nice to have
