Founded in 1993, Transparency International - www.transparency.org - is the global civil society organisation leading the fight against corruption. TI raises the awareness of the damaging effects of corruption and works with partners in government, business and civil society to develop and implement effective measures to tackle it.

Transparency International Switzerland, whose HQ is in Bern, was founded in 1995 and has more than 130 members, including Cotecna.  Its main activities focus on information, prevention and lobbying. www.transparency.ch.
