Its mission is to assist both Borrowers and Lenders to set-up the most cost-effective financing structures in this new environment, by providing lenders with tools to verify that the application of their loan is in conformity with the stated purpose of the credit, as well as instruments enhancing the related collateral security. This results in a more favourable loan classification, and easier and/or cheaper financing.

Services include collateral management as well as stocks and transit monitoring, and can be completed by a control by Cotecna over transport or other documentation related to the financed commodity.
