	The Cotecna Business Ethics & Compliance Code lies at the core of the company’s Business Ethics & Compliance programme. The principles and rules of the Compliance Code govern conduct and ethics in the following areas: Integrity Conflicts of interest Confidentiality Anti-bribery Fair marketing The principles and rules set forth in the Compliance Code are in compliance with those of the IFIA (International Federation of Inspection Agencies), which receives a copy of the Compliance Code for approval. << back
